Update: They added accelerometer support in v. 1.1. Five stars. ---------------------- Absolutely needs accelerometer support. If I had to choose between SkySmash and iFighter, Id take iFighter for that reason alone. Apart from that, SkySmash is a great example of the genre and has fantastic artwork.

Love the tilt control makes the game much better. I would just like to see my score when the game is over and you do not get a high score. It just goes to the game over screen and you can not see what your score was

Best iPhone game. Ever. Best graphics of any game Ive seen so far! Challenging and still fun. Looking forward to whatever he does next! Cheers!

It needs a update for continues besides that Ill would have gave it 4 stars its a good game

Done in a day and Im no hardcore gamer. not a ripoff at 99 cents. But not mindblowing. Reminds me of so many shareware games I played as a kid.

All the stages are the same and the boss fight is a joke. You destroy the same big plane in stage one as you do with all the other stages. Wonder when raiden will come to iPhone....

Sharp graphics and responsive touch controls make this game fun to play. However, PLEASE offer more powerups. The game also seems unbalanced as the screen quickly fills up with enemy ships, along with their bombs, missles and bullets. Moreover, the color of my planes bullets blends into the background so its difficult to see what Im hiting. Finally, it seems enemy armor is unfairly strong, along with their seeking missles - from ground AA batteries and large planes, these missles are difficult to shoot down! Please make the game more balanced and itll be a 5 Stars game! Thanks Richard Wilson!

This game is ok from an arcade action point of view, but as a WWI aviation enthusiast, Im extremely disappointed in the unrealistic weaponry. Most of the stuff you encounter simply did not exist in WWI. Fighting back then was plenty challenging considering the technology, so I dont see why all the homing missiles and armored blimps, etc. were needed. This gam fails to suspend my disbelief, and I would recommend anyone who wants a realistic WWI flight and fight simulation avoid this turkey.

Highly recommended, great sound effects and graphics. Experienced gamers will probably beat this game within an hour. But us novice users, its great fun.

Ok ww1 plane shooter? Not. Sorry. Planes couldnt move backwards and they still cant(harrier may though). Homing missle cannon things? No way. And its to hard!!!!!!!!!¡ 

The game doesnt allow your own music to be played. The boss looks like the same. Otherwise, just another game to play on the bus or car.

Nice game, but once you hit the Cambrai battle on medium difficulty, it becomes impossible to advance. I think the kill % is just a bit too high.

Once you get to Cambri the game is impossible. Difficulty settings need to be adjustible. Otherwise its an ok shooter.

Finished game, now what ???? No updates for more levels ?? What a ripoff, i liked the game, but it needs way more levels. I deleted it finally

Fun game with intuitive controls; however, replayability is low. I deleted the app once I was done with the game, which itself wasnt very long. Please add more levels (withouth in app purchases, b/c I wouldnt buy it).
